My creative practice is grounded in curiosity, experimentation, and critical reflection. I approach making as an open-ended process that brings together research, intuition, and material exploration. Rather than seeking fixed outcomes, I value the dialogue between concept and practice, allowing ideas to evolve through iteration, observation, and engagement with context. My work aims to create spaces for questioning, connection, and new perspectives, embracing uncertainty as an essential part of the creative process.

Compliancecore explores authority and exploitation in the workplace through surveillance and AI monitoring systems. Already common in large corporations such as Amazon, I imagine these technologies becoming normalized across industries. As the relationship between employer and employee shifts, trust is replaced by data, individuality by compliance, and the worker gradually becomes part of the machine.
By documenting text from leaked employee training videos from the late twentieth century, I question the ideology of corporate culture and productivity. The animation exposes the reductive logic of surveillance capitalism with its consequences on identity.
